The 77plus platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable Philippine law or regulation. Each player may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without prior notice. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping your account details up to date at all times. 77plus reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at any point during your membership.

Account Security

All financial transactions on the 77plus platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the supported local payment channels available within the platform at the time of your transaction. 77plus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the payment channel selected and may be subject to standard processing timelines.

Withdrawal Conditions

You may requesta withdrawal of your available PHP balance at any time, provided that your account is in good standing and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the funds you wish to withdraw. 77plus reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, and you may be asked to submit supporting documents confirming your identity and the ownership of your nominated payment method. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 77plus account holder; transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel selected and are outside the direct control of 77plus once a request has been submitted and approved. If a withdrawal request cannot be completed due to incorrect account details provided by you, 77plus will not be liable for any resulting delay or loss of funds.

By placing a wager on any section of the 77plus platform — including sports betting, casino-style games, lottery draws, or High Roller tables — you acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by chance or by the results of real-world sporting events, and that past results do not in any way guarantee future outcomes. All bets accepted by the platform are final once confirmed; you may not cancel, amend, or reverse a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system. 77plus reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, that exploits a technical fault, or that involves odds or game outcomes that were displayed incorrectly due to a system malfunction. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the records held by 77plus shall be considered conclusive unless a demonstrable technical error can be established. Players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the 77plus platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or that violates these Terms and Conditions. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; engaging in any form of money laundering or financial fraud using the platform; and opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits or promotional restrictions. 77plus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to withhold any balance associated with that account pending investigation. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided at the sole discretion of 77plus without prior notice to the account holder.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, downtime, or periods of unavailability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or delays in processing transactions. You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the wagers you choose to place and the funds you deposit. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

Changes to These Terms
